How to Declutter Your House

Today we’ll be sharing a quick tip for our sellers. Part of our system for marketing our sellers’ listings is our 3 p’s method. The first P is preparation.

In the preparation phase, you have to declutter the house. When you declutter, organize all your items into three categories: things you want to give away, throw away, and put away. Do this throughout the house one room at a time, and make sure to label your boxes. Donate what you can, but don’t feel bad about simply tossing things. You also want to put away personal items that shouldn't be out when you’re showing the house.

The great thing about this is that you can just move your boxes straight to your new place. We also have professionals that can help you declutter because it tends to be one of the most overwhelming parts of selling a house.
